As an IT Recruiter, you are responsible to connect job-seekers with companies looking to hire the right talent. You are an expert in recruiting who likes building lasting relationships with potential candidates throughout the entire hiring process. The staffing industry has seen an amazing growth as a multi-million dollar industry.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Source and recruit qualified candidates.
  • Create and manage candidate pipelines
  • Pre-qualify candidates using Kaygen's ATS system including pre-screen and interview.
  • Submit and engage with Kaygen client account managers to submit candidates
  • Negotiate and close candidates with offers.
  • Work with on-boarding specialist on hiring process.
  • Follow-up with hired candidates to maintain relationship
  • Meet Kaygen's growth targets
  • Use social media to build talent pool, attend networking events within the local tech market

Required skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years IT staffing experience; contingent staffing preferred
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills
  • Highly networked and a connector of the best opportunities to the best talent
  • Social media savvy
