Job Description.
  • SFDC (CRM) Test Lead:
  • Extensive experience with complex Requirement Gathering and converting those into technical requirements.
  • Working experience to work with business directly to drive projects end to end.
  • Provide Technical and functional thought leadership.
  • Work as a bridge between business and development team.
  • Story writing, clarifying with business, involved in technical fixes, solutions.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and stake holder management skills.
  • Strong Agile methodology exposure and should be able to run scrums and other agile ceremonies.
  • Well versed with project management skills with experience of delivering project end to end.
  • Working knowledge with Tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence.
