What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)?
Looking for a talented resource that is able to assist migration of a data warehouse from one platform to
another. We are looking for a technically savvy resource that understands the nuances and intricacies of a largescale migration. This role will handle a mix of waterfall/agile methodology and will partner with a 3rd party Vendor resource to understand status updates as well as risks and strategies. Looking for someone who is also comfortable with handling the billing/invoicing aspect of vendor management, and comfortable with working with a large data warehouse migration (200+ terabytes).

Requirements:

Successfully migrated a big data warehouse to a newer platform
10+ years of Project Management experience
Successfully led cross functional teams
Looks for blindspots, integration touchpoints
Good communicator
Has expertise in creating a good cutover plan
Has experience managing vendors
Must Haves:
Netezza
DB2
Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:
Sailfish knowledge
