Design, Implement and Execute talent acquisition strategies
o Participate in branding KAYGEN as a premium employer of choice in the marketplace.
o Develop plans to attract required skill sets that will ensure top talent is available to support KAYGEN objectives within the business unit.
o Act as a Talent consultant to shape the future recruiting capability of KAYGEN
o Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies, establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process
o Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all the levels of management.
o Deliver results with supervision and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
o Prepare and support hiring mangers during the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
o Manage candidate process and be an advocate to ensure internal and external equity
o Manage offer process, reference checks and salary recommendations.
o Prioritize multiple functions, task and manage time efficiently in a fast paced changing work environment.
o Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction and effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs
o Research and provide recommendations to senior management for best hiring practices
o Research and analysis of current industry practices on hiring trends in the information technology industry.
o Prepare guidelines for hiring and recruitment practices based on the needs of the business, current practices, legal compliance issues.
o Research and develop new and creative sourcing strategies for open positions.
o Develop and maintain relationship with professional organizations, universities and network with professionals in the information technology field.
o Conduct initial interviews including providing candidates with general information about company and open positions.
o Identify necessary job duties, qualifications and skills for job openings.
o Perform and interpret background checks, review and recommend qualified candidates for open positions.
o Work with leadership and hiring managers to identify skill competencies
o Understand recruiting metrics as cost per hire, cycle time etc., review and classify applications/resumes for qualified open positions
o Initiate contact with possible candidates for specific job openings
o Provide information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants
o Interview candidates to confirm work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
o Source candidates utilizing the job posting boards, resume spiders, in-house database, referrals, and other resources
o Utilize social media sites and events to generate contacts
