Job Description.

ORACLE EBS FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER

1) Oracle EBS Finance consultant. Experience can be 10+ years
2) Hands on experience in working in R12 environments at least 5 years
3) Educational Background- Finance, MBA/CA/CPA 

Overall 15 plus years of experience in Oracle EBS with 5 plus years of experience in Project Management Stakeholder identification and collaboration Socializing and building project plan consensus Prepare detailed project plan , create and manage documents such as Kick Off deck, Training Slides, status report, action and issues tracker Must be able to work with CIO and IT Manager on day-to-day basis Prepare, Maintain, Execute and Update Project Plan Schedule Conduct and document Stakeholder assessment. Prepare and execute Change ManagementCommunication Plan Prepare Testing Strategy and Planning Prepare Training Strategy and Planning Prepare and Maintain Risk Management Plan Prepare and Maintain Risk Register Establish Change Request Process and documentation Facilitate Discovery and AS-IS Workshops Manage Project Scope, Schedule, Deliverable for both onshore and offshore resources Support the team to resolve issues and work with onshore offshore Technical resources and for resolutions Plan and manage training for various projects. Work with functional consultant for Sales Service, Finance Supply chain modules. Manage, prepare and schedule User acceptance testing Manage Conduct workshops for requirement gathering and design Ensure all the project deliverable documents and get approval and sign off on deliverables like functional upgrade documentation, BR100 Configuration Setting and MD50 Functional Design Requirement, documents for current modules. Work with consultants to get sign off on Document As-Is Analysis for Finance, Projects and Procurement. Prepare weekly status reports and conduct weekly, monthly meetings with key stakeholders and core project team. Taking Action Items, Meeting Minutes, Preparing Agenda, Preparing Slide and socializing with key stakeholders and IT Collaborating with Onshore and Offshore Team
