Job Description – Project Manager
  • Collaborate the work across multiple teams at multiple locations and manage multiple projects in Agile/Waterfall methodology
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings and Develop/maintain detailed project plans
  • Project planning, estimation, resource allocation, execution, tracking and reporting
  • Monitors, analyses, assesses deviation from the project plan & ensures the achievement of project milestones
  • Manages the change control procedure & ensures that project deliverables are completed within agreed cost, timescale & resource budgets
  • Define project organization in cooperation with Project Sponsor and units involved
  • Ensures regular & accurate communication to stakeholders
  • Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances
  • Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
  • Tracks activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate and reports project status
  • Identify and implements changes in the project (i.e. approach, scope, schedule)
  • Takes responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation & satisfactory completion of medium- to large-scale projects & reports the senior management
 
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 8 to 10 years of project/program management experience
  • Experience with Agile methodology based project management
  • Healthcare/Insurance domain knowledge
  • Excellent skills on MS Project, MS Office.
  • The ability to effectively communicate with both the business and technology.
  • The ability to communicate within a multi-disciplined team, across multiple locations and time zones, and to interact with demanding business users.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Good to have exposure to financial/accounting services
