  • Assessment of SACM Service Asset and Configuration Management Stories and Functional requirements and provide technical design and solution
  • Provide recommendations to improve the existing design as per ServiceNow Industry best Practices
  • Review the ITSM Functional Business requirements and provide technical design, solution and resource estimates
  • Technically lead a development team and Provide coaching to less experienced developers to help them improve their skills
  • Peer Review the completed work by other developers to confirm development best practices and Provide technical alternatives where code issues may be seen
  • Should have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Good knowledge and experice of Agile methodology



  • 5-7 Years of Experience as ServiceNow Developer and Architect
  • 5-7 Years of Experience in development and designing of Stories defects related to ITSM modules
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Experience in implementing large-scale custom development and/or systems integration projects in various ServiceNow modules
  • teamwork experience  and demonstrated leadership abilities
  • ServiceNow and ITIL certification
