We specialize in providing high-volume contingent staffing, direct hire staffing and project based solutions to companies worldwide ranging from startups to Fortune 500 and Managed Service Providers (MSP) across a wide variety of industries

The consultant will be preparing Seaborn content and data feed for their Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) project. Writing bug tickets for HAL AEM, helping their UAT vendor with triage and being the SME for business processes, acting as the pseudo SCRUM master with the Developers For HAL/Seaborn.

AEM expertise is NOT required, but SDLC project experience is. Experience on User Experience Analytics may be helpful, but again, not required.
The person in this role must be quick witted, self motivated and EASY.

Local and onsite is required.

Content Migration:
Managing extract, staging and load of content from source systems to AEM.
Scrum Master/PM over development team doing the work above
QA and Scrum Master with the business side to validate content and help identify root cause and corrective actions for content migration defects
Ability to compare data in source system, staging system and AEM to validate correctness and process effectiveness.

UAT Prep:
The initial role was to learn the process built by EY, so this person could lead UAT and we did not need to keep consulting company (EY) long term.
Bug/Ticket Creation in JIRA
Triage/Support bug/ticket closure
Ticket management in JIRA
Documentation in Confluence
SME on HAL Web Site and Cruise Purchase flow

Core tools are JIRA and Confluence. Scrum Master, PM, BA and some basic QA skills are core skills in my opinion. Attention to detail, good time management, good organization and keeping others moving in the right direction are also key soft skills.

This particular client won't go for anyone unless communication skills are STELLAR and he'll want us to check references on all candidates before hire.
