Description We are looking for Oracle professionals, skilled in delivery, development and maintenance of technology based solutions. . Hands-on experience on Database migrations, technology transformation project , migrating databases to private, public and hybrid cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or Private cloud) is must. Knowledge of Database Migrations methodologies for Oracle database is must. Fundamentals of Information Architecture concepts is plus This position is based in US. Primary Responsibilities Designing solutions, implementation, customization, integration and deployment of integration solutions for Private and Public cloud environments. Highly proficient in Technical, functional and systems analysis Demonstrates sense of urgency and responsiveness to complete work and solve problems Plan and conducts effective meetings Collaborate with sponsors and business partners to understand deliverable objectives, use cases and requirements To do Project Scoping, Estimation, Design, Development, Build, Maintenance & Support if required Client Management, Issue resolution, provide status update, Qualifications Education and Work Experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 - 7 years’ experience in Oracle development Team lead experience Experience working in financial services industry desired Skills and knowledge Strong verbal and written communications. Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision Strong analytical and problem solving skills Motivated, self-directed, aptitude for learning Ability to multi-task , manage priorities and meet deadlines Work across global teams, in a constructive and collaborative manner, building strong effective relationships.
