  • The project is composed of 4 major components: CRM, Marketing, Analytics, and Community / Partner Portal.
    Overall responsibilities include undertaking the project management duties for implementing a Salesforce CRM system throughout the project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, reporting and closure and ensure the projects deliverables are implemented on time, on budget and within scope to meet the expectations of the stakeholders. a. Project Manager (PM) Consulting Services for Salesforce CRM Implementation
    2. Period of Performance a. The period of performance is estimated for 6 months
    2.1. Experience (Detail) a. Contractor must have a core competency in deploying / managing five (5) or more Salesforce CRM solutions from concept to successful delivery within budget and on time. The consultant must have delivered these services in the last 5+ years and are reference able. b. Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, and use case requirements development. c. Work on multiple large, individual projects or major segments of complex company-wide projects.
    2.2. Knowledge & Skills Qualifications a. 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com (across Sales, Service, Analytics and Marketing Clouds); b. Salesforce.com Administrator Certification a plus c. Experience providing enterprise level (100+ users) Salesforce.com solutions for multiple departments and stakeholders d. Experience with website CMS platforms a plus (Sitecore, WordPress or similar) e. Strong customer focus (both internal and external) and understanding of CRM principles and strategies f. Strong familiarity with the business processes of marketing, and customer support g. Strong marketing experience focusing on CRM, Sales and Customer service processes h. Demonstrated ability to operationalize segmentation strategies i. Keen understanding of key operational metrics and performance indicators used to manage a Customer j. Relationship environment
