Must Have:
  1. 5y experience HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript working on large-scale, complex web applications
  2. Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  3. Experience with Java, or another object-oriented language (C#, C++, Python, VB.NET, Ruby, Objective-C, etc.)


Description:


Provide solutions for the Salesforce.com website as a communication platform to drive growth and revenue opportunities at Salesforce.

* Develop authoring templates and components for content editors utilizing our CMS platform to manage websites, using standards-compliant HTML5, Javascript and CSS3
* Develop Java backed CMS components and servlets

* Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver a world-class website


Basic Requirements

* Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
* Experience working on large-scale, complex web applications
* Experience with HTML5, JavaScript and CSS3, especially use within larger reusable frameworks
* Experience with Java, or another object-oriented language (C#, C++, Python, VB.NET, Ruby, Objective-C, etc.)
* Understanding of common software design patterns
* Mobile web development and responsive web design experience

* Understanding of web page performance and security

* Understanding of object oriented development concepts and MVC
* Experience debugging code in an IDE such as IntelliJ

Preferred Requirements

* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
* Familiarity with Test Driven Development, and associated frameworks
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task
* Experience with build processes including Maven, and Grunt or Gulp
* Familiarity working in a Continuous Deployment pipeline
* Familiarity using Jenkins, Chef, Vagrant or other environment automation tools
* Familiarity with issues around internationalization and localization
* Experience developing with the Bootstrap framework
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology or similar training
