Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Must be self motivated, well organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills. Proven oral and written communication skills; excellent business presentation skills. ·Excellent analytical skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Ability to effectively utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization. Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. Experience working with multi-businesses and vendors on multiple projects at the same time. Experience in working on Physical Security systems: i.e. Lenel, Genetec, SMS, AMAG; Experience working in Identify Management systems i.e. SAFE

Responsibilities: Activities include day-to-day leadership of project teams on the delivery of multiple projects, developing cost benefit analyses for the program, communicating to an executive committee, creating and reporting program status utilizing a dashboard and allocating resources across the multiple projects. Must be able to utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties. The goal will be assist client with the ongoing IT project management phases in support of their technology centralization platform for Physical Security throughout the company. Listed below, but not limited to, are some of the performance expectations/requirements of the Project Manager in support of this initiative: 1. Support the overall program timeline and periodically review and calibrate deliverables, outstanding issues and act as a catalyst to assist in keeping projects moving. 2. Act as a program and communications liaison to various IT change, environment and governance groups (as warranted) regarding the periodic status of the overall project (with granularity to illustrate priority, problem and resolution information). 3. Ensure all aspects of the deployment initiative continue to follow client's IT Governance model relative to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. 4. Identify and anticipate potentially problematic obstacles, hindrances or shortcomings relative to the progress and dependency of various, dependent projects. 5. Develop and log lessons learned regarding each phase or repeatable stage of the technology deployment process for potential efficiencies related to subsequent phases or stages. 6. Devise (or contribute to existing) a metrics management program dashboard to communicate program status to client management. 7. Define and develop Communication plan content for Go-live related activities 8. Generate weekly/monthly status reports 9. Ability to work in multiple time zones but predominantly EST business hours 10. Facilitate meetings 11. Work with client Program Manager and extended project team 12. Other duties as required by the IT Director of Technical Service Operations. 13.Assist with Application testing and end-user training
