MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES  
  • The Infrastructure Security Project Manager will assist the US CISO department to run the FFIEC projects on the IT Infrastructure perimeter, as follow:
  • Identify IT infrastructure department stakeholders whose contribution to the program is required;
  • Ensure FFIEC Cyberlaw requirements are properly communicated by the program and well understood by IT infrastructure department stakeholders;
  • Assist the program for projects planning and scoping for all projects / tasks on the IT Infrastructure perimeter;
  • Assist IT infrastructure department stakeholders for the design of deliverables / technical solutions answering FFIEC Cyberlaw requirements;
  • Challenge the relevance / adequacy of deliverables / technical solutions designed by IT infrastructure department stakeholders from FFIEC Cyberlaw requirements and risks standpoints;
  • Ensure consistency of deliverables / technical solutions designed worldwide;
  • Identify potential resources issues on the IT infrastructure department perimeter and assist to get approval of resources needs from the program;
  • Assist the program to ensure that IT infrastructure department stakeholders / contributors are delivering on time and within budget, by the implementation of necessary projects follow-ups (meetings, reporting) and escalations if required;
  • Assist the program to produce and maintain project documents (timelines, requirements, project documentation, …) ensuring they are complete, current, and stored appropriately;
  • Communicate and report regularly and proactively on projects progression, and potential issues requiring escalations (if any) to the program and the IT Infrastructure Security team;
  • Manage the program budget for the IT infrastructure department
 
Required:
  • Experience managing security and/or technical infrastructure projects, including budget
  • Experience managing process driven, security and/or technical infrastructure deliverables
  • IS Security (knowledge of IT security principles, best practices, tools that are used in securing IT resources)
  • Awareness of cyber-security processes and platforms and the value these provide to the Firm
  • Solid decision making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to tailor messaging upward or downward as well as to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel) skills; PowerPoint and Excel are critical to the role)

TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Desired:
  • Experience with security tools such a Qualys/DBProtect; RSA NetWitness; Imperva; Varonis; Oracle advanced security; Transparent Data Encryption; Fasoo; etc…
  • Experience with data classification tools such as: Boldon James; Sinequa; etc….
  • Familiarity with network devices such as: SourceFire IDS/IPS; Juniper, Cisco, CheckPoint Firewall, etc...
 
PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE:
 
Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in Project Management, in the area of IT security
 
Desired:
  • 5+ years in an IT security team
  • Prior experience that has demonstrated: 
  • Creativity in complex problem solving and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured problem-solving approach

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Strong interest in Information Security or Information Technology
 
Desired
  • Specialization in Information Systems Security
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications a strong plus
  • Knowledge of US IT Security regulatory requirements and environment in financial services industry a plus (i.e. FFIEC, DFS).
