TSR Consulting has been asked by their valued client, a Global Accounting and Auditing Firm, to assist with their need for the following role:

Sr. Business Analyst
Location – Saint Louis, MO
6 month contract

We do not work with 3rd party vendors on C2C


Role:
 
The Senior Business Analyst in the Tech Engineering and Architecture group will serve as the primary liaison during the planning and analysis phase of the project. This individual will lead the effort to identify the business problem, which may often be high level, lacking in detail, and imprecisely understood. The BA will consult with key stakeholders to elicit high level business and detail technical requirements.  Projects to include:

1. Skype for Business
2. Workstation Controls
3. Enterprise Key Management
4. Exchange 2016 Upgrade

Responsibilities: 
  • Gap Assessment
  • Stakeholder Assessment
  • Current/Future State Process Flow modeling
  • Requirements and Design Workshop facilitation
  • Stakeholder Interviews
  • Accountability Assessment
  • Use case development
  • Training and Support documentation 
Skills: 
  • Proficient working with the following Microsoft Office products: OneNote, SharePoint, Power Point, Excel, Visio, Skype for Business, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a MUST.
  • Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience in facilitation and interviewing.
  • Curious and resourceful with a desire for continued learning and research.
  • Solid knowledge of the IT Project Lifecycle and ITIL.
  • Experience with Infrastructure and Networking technology preferred
