Business Systems Analyst: Production planning ( PP )/ Quality management (QM) : 20-00841

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Serve as SME and provide expert support to the business on current and new functionalities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal business partner for the functional area
  • Review and contribute to design document, configuration documents and functional specifications.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
  • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring PP modules knowledge of the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and QM experience is an asset).
  • 6+ years related experience covering Business system analyst, and prior demonstrated implementation experience on at least one package ERP application. SAP experience is required with a strong lead role in implementation is preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Hands on experience in Manufacturing, MRP (planning), Demand management, Inventory management.
  • Very conversant with a track record of implementing repetitive manufacturing business process supporting make to order and stock to order process.
  • Must have SAP EHP7 experience.
  • Prior experience with global organizations and multi-language environments.
  • Medical devices computer systems validation (CSV) process knowledge is a must and have demonstrated experience of managing projects with Medical devices Part 11 compliance requirements.
Production Execution: Should be very hands on with:
  • Production Planning Master Data.
  • Production Order Types.
  • Production Order and Process Order Confirmation.
  • Working knowledge of PP/MM/WM integration.
  • Discrete/Repetitive/Rework/Process Order execution configuration and process knowledge
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
