  • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables Validates suppliers estimates
  • Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for new application functionality
  • Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting user/system environmental issues, and training as required Understands customers' processes and products and how they fit within the goals of the business unit.
  • Reviews and validates the detailed technical design for business applications provided by the supplier to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Validates suppliers estimates.
  • Estimates Rough Order of Magnitude for the level of effort/cost of new application functionality.
  • Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.  
  • Acts as liaison between Business and IT, as assigned Supports users in building Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope, and development of a high level plan.
  • Supports the implementation activities, troubleshooting system environmental issues, training as required.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Level I: 2 years of experience in application development / testing or business / system analysis role.   
  • 1+ years' experience configuring Build Pipeline using Jenkins and related toolset.
  • 2+ year's in IT Development using Java or C++ and scripting languages such as Python
  • Web programming development experience desired.
  • Experience developing web services, working knowledge of XML, JSON data structures and relational databases.
  • Experience in testing Web services/API testing/SoapUI/Restful Services/Postman.
  • Experience in using Git and build/dependency management tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle.
  • Experience in build tools Jenkins/Maven/Gradle and static code analysis tool SonarQube.
  • Working experience using Service Virtualization tools such as Broadcom DevTest.
  • Proficient with Selenium test automation and creating Web testing scripts using Selenium framework.
  • Experienced in web test automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in test framework design and development.
  • Experience building and designing test automation using JUnit Successful experience with developing reusable test automation frameworks.
