Job Description:
  • Bachelor's or Master degree in engineering fields or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years (post education) related HCI/UX in product, company or agency.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates individual and team efforts to SW/HW UX products end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Edge Computing, or Machine Learning.
  • Experience executing multiple tasks and working with an agile engineering teams.
  • Examples of work or projects in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Edge Computing, or Machine Learning will be an advantage.
  • Strong observational, interpersonal, oral/written communication, and collaboration skills.
 A successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Strong understanding of and familiarity with emerging technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Edge Computing, or Machine Learning.
  • Strong understanding and demonstration of principles, current trends, and best practices in the field of user centered design and Internet of Things.
  • Excellent in translating customer feedback into functional/non-functional product requirements and actionable recommendations.
  • Clearly articulate design decisions using a user-centric approach.
  • Proactive problem solving; able to handle multiple complex projects and tasks in a fast-paced and collaborative context.
  • Good team-player as well as able to work independently.
 Candidate responsibilities may include:
  • Utilize technical knowledge to identify and resolve product issues to ensure user needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and implementation quality in a timely manner.
  • Help internal/external stakeholders to drive execution and content models that simplify the complex workflows.
  • Create low to mid fidelity prototypes for ideation, presentation, development guidance and testing.
  • Plan user research activities such as participant recruiting and scheduling, study preparation, and other logistics.
  • Interface with external design/research agencies, provide feasible direction, ensure quality of deliverables and help to keep our internal/external partners on track.
