Requirements:
  • Deep Configuration experience using SFDC.
  • 70% of Configuration, 30% Coding.(Can at least understand the codes).
  • Experience Building process using process builders, experience in business workflows.
  • 5+ years of experience working within the SalesForce platform on Business Analyst role.
  • Should have experience working on advanced features of SalesForce like AppBuilder or AppExchange.
  • Business Analyst experience, or focus in project/program management.
  • Understanding of systems analysis.
  • Ability to think proactively and identify solutions to drive business needs.
  • Process workflows experience.
  • Partner with Business teams and Process Experts to write requirements for Customer Success Platform.
  • Engagement with System and Process experts to help identify solutions to business pain points.
  • Engagement with Change Mgmt team to plan for Change Management as needed for each initiative.
