We're Engineers hiring Engineers. We get technology and pride ourselves on building world class IT teams for our clients. Our client centric delivery teams are fine tuned to support high-volume, MSP clients as well as high touch retail clients. We partner closely with the top MSPs as well as provide SoW based IT solutions. We were recently awarded by Allegis and AgileOne as Strategic Partners based on our performance in their programs.
To continue our rapid growth, we're hiring a VP of Enterprise Accounts 
This role is for you if –

  • Mentor and manage a team of 6 Account Managers, servicing large enterprise clients (both MSPs and Retail clients)
  • Create a culture of accountability, success, and fun.
  • Create and maintain executive level relationships with Enterprise and MSP program sponsors
  • Partner with the recruiting team leadership to ensure we deliver high quality talent to our clients.
  • Serve as the point of escalation regarding client needs, consultant issues, and internal obstacles.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with clients.
  • Attract, hire, mentor and retain Account Management and Business Development staff.
  • Contribute to overall company strategy and direction as part of CEO's Executive Team.
  • At the end of the first year, success would mean increase in Revenue and GM at existing enterprise accounts by 25%.
  • Minimum 15 years successful IT staffing sales experience
  • 3-5 Years managing /coaching Account teams both experienced and junior level
  • 5 years leading sales for IT Staffing/solutions categories
  • Proven track record of building relationships with executive sponsors at large enterprises and MSPs
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated understanding of SoWs and selling SoW based solutions.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, sales, or related field
