  • Work one-on-one with participants to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Be accountable for specific processes including securing testing materials, handling logistics, troubleshooting technical or process issues and providing daily report
  • Work closely with team to follow protocol and continually refine participant experience
  • Be a quick learner and grasp complex project details and own specific aspects of the project.
  • Work independently to meet research objectives.
  • Partner closely with Program Managers on protocol/process development for existing and future collections.
  • Continuously evaluate data collection tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable.
  • Manage distribution and collection of project-specific assets for employee testing
  • Own the logistics of distribution and collection of the assets, tracking the assets, and reporting on the program.
  • Address any customer service or technical questions from users and develop solutions that reduce the number of inquiries.
  • Work with Program Managers to report on projects and think of ways to improve tracking and reporting.
Required Skills: 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical devices.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 1+ year working in professional corporate environment.
  • Ability to work in field locations as needed.
  • Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally.
  • Able to work flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.
  • Experience in customer service or similar experience.
  • A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  Preferred Skills:
  • 1+ years of experience as an Admin or Coordinator or other participant-based research.
  • Hands-on experience with one-on-one session moderation with participants.
  • Learn new technology quickly.
  • Python, bash, or other programming language.
  • Able to lift 49 lbs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
