  • Analyzing UCS/HX cloud management software market, esp. delivered through Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), primarily for early stage customer adoption and scale over 12-18+ months.
  • Maintain and amend Python/RestAPI – ETL script to extract Intersight SaaS data set and combine with Cisco Commerce/Bookings/Customer purchase data sets to identify KPI’s tied to SaaS adoption/migration; Amend ETL script working with devOps team for on-going enhancement for effective market program execution.
  • Work with Product Management, Technical Marketing, devOps and Cisco IT as needed to drive / improve SaaS customer adoption/usage to be shared with Cisco sales, channel partner and marketing organizations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, partners to drive adoption, and identify gaps (in Intersight SaaS platform for UCS/HX server management) to improve adoption and migration from current generation of product to SaaS platform.
  • Work with sales and partner team to engage as needed to actively drive customer adoption and successfully tracking of customer activity for Intersight – SaaS
