Responsibilities: 
  • Develop strategies and processes to ensure effective delivery of global training programs.
  • Manage and improve program logistics, communication, and material production
  • Provide high-touch customer experience for executive leaders participating in our training programs.
  • Partner to create annual budget and managing bookkeeping.
  • Manage vendor and consultant relationships and contracts.
  • Manage annual calendar creation, participant selection and registration process.
Required Skills: 
  • At least 2+ years Project / Program Management experience in learning & development, talent management or related field.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs
  • Proven track record for delivering projects within scope, time and quality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize.
  • Excellent planning, communication and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to work on own initiative. Can act decisively, promptly and confidently.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines and to flex and switch from one focus to another depending on what is priority for the business or team at any particular time.
  • Experience with MS Office.
  • Event planning experience.
  • Ability to travel as required - domestic and international.
Preferred Skills: 
  • Program Management Qualification (such as PMP).
  • Think and act both strategically and tactically.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Data analysis techniques and experience.
  • Previous experience with web publishing tools (HTML, XML,), Content Management Systems, and the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly.
