SUMMARY:
The Application System Administrator is responsible for maintaining the operation of company applications and systems.  This role is actively involved in developing and advancing best practices and tools in support of Cal Water’s Application infrastructure.  The administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, testing, and support for the Oracle Customer Care and Billing application, PeopleSoft systems including upgrades, new releases (PUM), optimization, implementations and Microsoft SQL applications.  This position is located in San Jose, California.
 
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university in a related field of Information Technology.
  • Three (3) years of experience in Oracle applications; Customer Care and Billing (CC&B 2.4.0.2) on a Linux Platform.
  • Two (2) years of back up support for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and HCM 9.0 application on both a Windows/Linux. platform.
  • Two (2) years Microsoft SQL experience.
  • Valid California Driver Licenses.
