Responsibility / Job Description: 

Summary:
  • Focusing on security, identify gaps and add tooling and automation to support our security systems.
  • Perform Threat modeling based application security design reviews, results will be written requirements and even sample code for helping service teams deploy secure services to the internal and external environments at client.
  • Research, recommend and implement and tools necessary to build a world class security organization.
  • Evaluate new tools and techniques to create innovative and practical security solutions
  • Gather requirements and build innovative solutions around open-source and proprietary tools.
  • Mentor junior engineers.
  • Develop training plans for yourself and junior engineers.
 Sr. Security Engineer Requirements:
  • 8+ years' experience in technical security role.
  • 3+ years' working experience with one or more of the following:
  • WAF, RASP, CI/CD security tools, PKI systems, firewalls,
  • security code review tools, and vulnerability scanning tools
  • 2+ year' hands-on experience of penetration testing.
  • 2+ year' hands-on experience of cloud security hardening especially Azure/AWS/On-Premise Security Hardening.
  • Understanding of agile software development principles, CI/CD methodologies.
Trainable Skills:
  • Certification like CCSP and OSCP.
  • Operational experience supporting production systems (including on-call support).
Nice to Have (a plus):
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure/AWS/On-Premise security concepts and practices.
  • Solid knowledge of securing major operating systems.
  • Solid knowledge of securing Azure/AWS/On-Premise cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience across multiple disciplines including cloud security concepts, DevOps, Security Engineering, Operations and automation.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language.
  • A strong understanding of Linux security tools and concepts.
  • Understanding of network and application security threats, attack techniques and mitigation options.
  • Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
  • Organized, responsive, and highly thorough problem solver.
  • Able to gain support and consensus with multiple stakeholders.
  • Relevant Security, Systems, and Networking certifications a plus.
  • BS Degree in Computer Science or IT related degree.
