Duration: 2+ Months contract

Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with Safety, Process Engineering, Learning Business Partners, and ACES to gather information for training content.
  • Writing superior content that enables associates to perform their job with minimal ambiguity.
  • Using a combination of data analysis, user research, benchmarking, and content audits to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement across all content areas
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects related to content accessibility, usability, and updates.
  • Addressing requests from NACF sites for updates or corrections to content.
  • Supporting and organizing various summits with stakeholders to update training materials.
 Required Skills:
  • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as business, education, organizational development, etc.
  • 3+ years of work experience with solid career progression preferably in the field of training and development.
  • Experience using content management systems Basic HTML, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be able to travel 25%, as necessary.
  • Ability to research, scope, prioritizes, and leads multiple projects at the same time.
  • Experience publishing documents to SharePoint and Shared Drives for network visibility.
  • Ability to update PowerPoint and be able to convert to PDF.
  • Understanding of how to set up processes for updating content.
 Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing or developing learning solutions a plus.
  • Learning Experience and understanding of associate training content preferred.
  • Experience in video design or editing.
  • Understanding of multiple facets of operations.
