Job Description :
  • Responsible for serving as the primary liaison to Sales & Marketing functions and be the subject matter expert (SME) for the customer relationship management (CRM) systems and possessing a deep working knowledge of the CRM system (including navigation, features, functionality, reporting, administration and security architecture).
  • The SME will report to the Director, Enterprise Applications and serve as overall lead in the implementation and ongoing enhancements of Salesforce.com for use by multiple functional groups including sales, marketing, management, sales operations, service and others.
  • The SME will provide primary liaison to the business leadership and provide single point of contact for collecting demand for IT services, end-user support and training for the CRM system.
Will own and champion Salesforce.com, Apptus and Pardot solutions, best practices and business process improvement from a functional perspective.
  • Lead the implementation of technologies and ongoing enhancements to meet global business needs, including:
  • Identification of user requirements globally.
  • Understand the "as is" environment and provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices.
  • Act as the transforming agent to identify process improvement opportunities within the new CRM software application.
  • Reconciliation of user requirements to the new system capabilities
  • Work with users to develop necessary processes or procedural changes to accommodate the software application as needed.
  • Work with users to foster active participation in project and ownership of the new system.
  • Provide Salesforce.com, Apptus and Pardot SME expertise to support cross functional users and other teams, including on-boarding and advance user training as well as creation and maintenance of training and reference materials.
  • Continuously identify and implement CRM business process improvements and changes, in close coordination with IT, including third party add-on solutions or other connected software applications, including marketing automation and business intelligence analytics and configure, pricing and quoting (CPQ) application, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing for implementation and enhancements.
  • Work with users and management team to develop dashboards and reports to help commercial team run their business.
  • Facilitate coordination of CRM data and business processes with existing ERP system data to enhance reporting capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or IT or equivalent.
  • Five to ten years of similar or related experience with Salesforce.com, Apptus and Pardot, Web development or other CRM application.
  • Solid understanding of business and information technology processes.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices.
  • SFDC and or PMP certification a plus.
  • Hands-on experience working with SOQL Server, database design, and Apex programming experience a plus.
  • Experience using/implementing CRM in a Medical Device or a Capital Equipment industry a plus.
  • Advance MS Excel skills a plus.
