Qualifications: 
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports in Concur (Intuitive's company expense program) for training events.
  • Quarterly Sunshine Reporting: Including Data capture, Analysis, Reconciliation.
  • Coordinate Course Materials order placement, tracking with Course Material Supplier
  • Coordinate catering orders for Intuitive training courses.
  • Maintain an Excel spreadsheet to track and manage coordinated customer event requests. Including, surgeon requirements, contracted partners, and other customer critical data.
  • Review training calendars using Tableau Software and manage communications/confirmations relating to the training events.
  • Monitor registration database and attendee lists for training events.
  • Work with A/R and A/P to assure attendee invoicing for the course as well as Host and/or Speaker payments where necessary.
  • Manage individual event registration and registration portal.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple systems to provide reports for executive and sales management.
  • Establish professional relationships with ISI training/sales/marketing organizations to facilitate event coordination.
  • Develop, document and maintain standard operating procedures and associated documentation for key processes.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred.
  • Strong computer skills are essential, including working knowledge of MS Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Experience with database applications: Salesforce.com (SFDC) preferred and working knowledge of ERP systems, SAP is preferred.
