RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform production duties as needed: open store, close store, assist customers, and inventory handling.
  • Fully understand workflow and daily production goals.
  • Identify problems quickly, escalating to problem solver as necessary.
  • Assist in keeping work area clean and organized.
  • Work safely at all times and enthusiastically participate in safety initiatives.
  • Identify and address all safety hazards within the work area; report all injuries to management.
REQUIRED SKILLS: 
  • Must be at least 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas, including weekends, nights and holidays.
  • Must be able to work overtime as required.
  • Able to read and take directions in English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds.
  • Ability to stand/walk for shifts 8-10 hours long.
  • Willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach (including overhead).
  • Willingness and ability to occasionally climb and descend ladders safely.
  • Ability to assist customers entering location.
 PREFERRED SKILLS: 
  • Previous retail experience.
  • Previous inventory management experience.
  • Previous Fulfillment Center Experience Desired.
  • Previous store set-up experience.
