Qualifications:
  • Investigate quality related escalations from internal and external customers, find the root cause and develop sustainable solutions so the defect can’t happen again.
  • Identify opportunities to deliver step-changes in the quality of last mile delivery performance through configuration, parameter adjustment, and product improvements, track the realized savings and impacts, and communicate results with senior leaders.
  • Develop materials, reporting and tools for customer service, delivery drivers, internal/external partners Assist in the development and rollout of standard operating procedures Develop and report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs to stakeholders.
  • Maintain existing systems, including SQL queries, and tools as new products are rolled out Innovate on behalf of the customer as the business scales
REQUIRED SKILLS: 
  • A passion for developing best-in-class customer delivery experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of demonstrated transportation, program management and/or business management experience.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences.
  • Team player with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in various locations.
  • A track record of problem solving and creativity in finding/designing new solutions and innovative methods, using software systems and the desire to create and build new processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent).
 PREFERRED SKILLS: 
  • Experience with large databases
  • 2 years of professional experience in quantitative analytics or business intelligence.
