**Travel will be needed 10% at most would be a good estimate**
Experience Level: 5+ years of experience required. Education: BA/BS Degree or 4 years of additional experience required.
  • Support development of Revenue and Profitably Reporting requirements for NCAP
  • Help lead client and stakeholder interviews
  • Research uses of information and inventory of existing reporting (regional/national)
  • Work through the Community of Experts to gain approval on requirements
  • Work with PLAR and ROC Revenue teams to document and understand current production process.
  • Leverage said work and help develop new stream lined solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy
  • Develop UML diagrams, Process matrix, functional requirements, Task Flow diagrams etc.
  • Work with current clients on reporting solutions & design.
  • Clients would include, but not be limited to; Regional PMG Groups (MDs, Practice leads, Department Heads), C-Suite Executives, Finance/FP&A, Regional DS teams, Actuarial, Provider Network and Product Development.
Additional Job Details:
  • Specific focus on the NCAP Operational Model and how to use this information for decision making/forecasting/performance reporting.
  • Work with A20 team on understanding BI and technology solutions. This would include Power BI, Tableau, SAS, Azure or other tools.
  • Analyze current P&L, PLAR, NVT reporting and understand commonality
  • Help develop a sustainable reporting model i.e. once we build out reports, how do we create additional views, how do we continue to enhance the products, who manages the work etc.
  • Work with UX/UI, Report Developers on creating robust user experiences
  • Work within the Agile framework & process.
  • Work with Data Ingest, System Architecture and other IT teams to build out requirements and functional understanding.
  • Work with A2O team on development of reporting standards/definitions
  • Work with TRO and other Security Individuals associated with security and access requirements.
  • Help develop solutions for the Revenue/Reporting track.
  • Support testing and Impact analysis work and delegate to others on the reporting team as needed.
  • Support legacy reporting retirement and transition to new systems.
