We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Business Systems Analyst to be a part of our team.
  • In this role you will enable the delivery and support of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) executing on operational plans as well as designing and implementing technology enhancements that provide an awesome end user experience.
    You will leverage deep functional process expertise to understand process and systems requirements for LMS applications and will be a key technology partner and advisor to teams across the company.
  • You will be part of a cross-functional team, working with a mix of business partners, developers, product managers and other analysts in an Agile Scrum team.
  • The initial/primary area of focus will be on our Learning Management System, SAP SuccessFactors and working with various partners to deliver for our global workforce.
 Responsibilities : 
  • Work with Product Management to understand the prioritized requirements across initiatives and drive the delivery of these requirements though the Agile Scrum process.
  • Partner with engineering to determine the best technical solutions to address the requirements.
  • Partner with People & Places (HR) to configure and test solutions as they determine the LMS strategy for ***
  • Maintain the current LMS, *** Learning Network (SuccessFactors) and deliver the quarterly upgrades.
  • Do rapid experimentation and test potential solutions with end users to get to the desired experience prior to implementation.
  • Effectively manage the change that results from the introduction of new technology and processes.
  • Follow industry trends for Learning and Development technology to ensure that solutions are best in class and forward looking.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
  • 5+ years overall experience across learning and development industry: requirements analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment to production.
  • 3+ years of short-term and long-range strategic planning, budgeting, systems analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with a technical and systems mindset.
  • Working knowledge of translating business processes and gaps into functional and technical system requirements.
  • Experience in scoping, implementing, testing and operationalizing enterprise platforms/tools.
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills (verbal and written) appropriate for project teams and business leaders.
  • Basic understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
