  • Answering incoming and internal telephone calls through the client’s main phone line
  • Greeting client employees, existing and potential clients, and guests who will be entering through the main lobby entrances.
  • The greeting process may include the preparation of security badges and arranging escorts for all visitors
  • Coordinating contractor and vendor access
  • Incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Booking conference rooms
  • Providing a high level of proactive support to administrative assistants, executives and business people
  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook, good typing skills, accountability and follow through, and the ability to work independently are a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years reception experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of VoIP phone system and banking experience preferred, but not required.
  • The reception desk hours are from 8:30am-5pm.
  • Work hours, breaks, and lunch periods are on a pre-established, rotating schedule.
