Job Description :
  • Implement our employee value proposition and integrate across our HR programs & processes
  • Design & implement differentiating employee experiences in line with our EVP
  • Co-design & implement D&I learning programs with D&I & the leadership development team
  • Lead and facilitate the client culture community space and spark the client culture movement
  • Actively engage our client culture community through co-created targeted content
  • Design local yet globally connected culture events and implement through our GT&OD PMO
  • Lead GLINT / engagement survey strategy & design and implement with HR Operations
  • Support the luminary / culture recognition program roll out
  • The team looks for a senior HR project or program leader who
  • Has experience in leading culture initiatives across teams, locations, businesses
  • Brings human centered design thinking expertise to the team (desirable)
  • Is savvy in employee experience design and applies a consumer mindset to HR
  • Is comfortable & experienced in working independently & cross-functionally
  • Proactively drives programs and initiatives and is self-driven
  • Is flexible in terms of picking up different work streams as part of wider programs
  • Is used to working virtually - line manage sits in London / UK
  • Has a business mindset rather than being HR minded (must)
