Job Description :
This resource is being brought in to help support the Social Responsibility team.
This team is actively engaged working with an external auditing firm(s) to conduct routine audits for Business Units. We need this resource to support Audit scheduling and provide internal follow ups that align with the team's auditing process flow. This resource will frequently be called upon to help improve process flow and contribute to other factors impacting social responsibility.
Responsibilities :
  • Scrub emails from audit companies and Sourcing Managers to ensure all required actions are being taken
  • Monitoring the ticketing queue
  • Answering questions coming in from the alias and following up with internal sources
  • Interaction with India Compliance Operations team
  • Monitoring process flow and ensuring nothing is missed
  • Supporting adhoc projects
  • Manage multiple email queues to ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Manage multiple trouble ticket queues to ensure all questions and issues raised are tracked and actioned in a timely fashion.
  • Publish multiple SR audit-related reports
  • Will require occasional evening conference calls with SR teams overseas

 Required Skills :
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a program/project/change management role
  • Ownership and a matching bias for action
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products
  • Someone who has supported Change or Project management
Preferred Skills :
  • Experience working in Corporate Social Responsibility is a plus
  • Prior experience working with widespread and worldwide teams
  Top 3 Skills :
  • Someone who is highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
