Essential Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Help maintain workplace security by collecting NDA signatures, issuing and collecting badges as necessary, and maintaining accurate visitor logs and metrics.
  • Direct guests and visitors to appropriate locations and parties. Notifies host of visitor arrival.
  • Answers phone using approved verbiage. Experienced using a multi-line telephone system. Receive, screen, and direct calls to appropriate party.
  • Maintains safe and clean lobby area by complying with procedures and regulations.
  • Responsible use of company intranet, email, phone systems or other computer-based systems.
  • Orders transportation for guests as requested.
  • Assist with mailroom duties. Occasionally receive incoming mail and small packages. Go through established receiving processes for all accountable mail.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Flexible with Timings.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone etiquette.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent Organizational skills.
  • Solid written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and keep composure in high stress situations.
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
