Required :
  • Looking for a Digital Analyst / Campaign Manager / Jr. Media Buyer
  • 3 to 5 years of total exp || 2 to 3 years of Display marketing exp; 1 year exp in talking to external partner, 1 year of campaign management / social display and content management
  • Experience with Online marketing and campaign management
  • To understand their business, need to have the strategic thinking, understand their customers, translate the business needs in to targets
  • Go getter and negotiation skills – find the sellers and the get the deal in place
  • Once the deal is in place, then do the campaign management (monitor multiple levels of the campaigns, required to understand the publishers)
  • Understand Landing pages, set up the AB Tests
  • Excel knowledge, just checking the basic #s on a daily basis will be ideal.. Exp with Pivot Tables
  • Ad server trafficking exp is a plus
  • Consultant will be working with the current Ad server – Conversant (They will train the people on the same)
  • They as well Red Jet – dynamic optimization creation platform (no prior exp required)
  • Other characteristics a` Go getter, aggressive, detailed oriented, quantitative for sure, doesn't need to be analytic
  • Some Program Management skills
  • Any experience in advertising is preferred
  • Preferred company background a` QuinStreet, Bills.com or Freedom Financials, Credit Karma or other financial service providers
Business Model - spend a lot of money in paid marketing, constructing relationships with publishers like Yahoo! – showing the users adds to the right target to maximize the users interaction, selling various loan based info; spending less for the traffic getting acquired; maximize the gaps; optimizing to ensure that creative suite is set up to maximize the revenue; seeking out these relationships, working a pipeline; sales orientated job profile in regards to having the contacts in the industry)
