  • The Channel Operations Support contractor will play a critical role in supporting client’s partners and the channel sales organization with an end goal of driving an improved partner experience.
  • Responsibilities include responding to partner and channel team queries and updating partner information in systems.
  • Respond to or route queries from partners and channel team members in a timely manner with accurate information.
  • Update data in systems to drive accurate and complete information (partner info, contact/user info certifications, LMS course completions, portal access).
  • Create field/partner reports from as requested.
  • Manage requests with sales systems and IT for bulk updates to Salesforce partner data (partners, certifications, contacts, users).
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for solutions.
  • Cross-train to backup to other channel operations team members (MDF discounts, etc.).
