Job Description
Top Three Skills :
  • Experience with Learning Management System administration, Cornerstone preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience within the Learning and Development field. Needs to have been THE LMS admin for the company/unit.
  • Qualtrics/360 experience to deploy surveys for follow-up post implementation or training.
  • Experience with loading multimedia and e-learning training like Captivate, Inkling, Articulate Pro, Storyline, etc. to LMS. 
Responsibilities :
  • Oversee Level 1 technical support. 
  • Research and resolve issues related to the LMS that are reported by the end user.
  • Run standard reports at an enterprise level (top-down) as well as custom reports as needed 
  • Provide the data necessary to drive learning analytics.
  • Partner with the delivery operations manager to create a valuable library of reusable LMS, Salesforce & HMM (and other technology) usage reports.
  • Perform routine systems maintenance and configuration administration. Assist in the design, review, testing and implementation of LMS updates and enhancements.
