General Summary :
The Associate Manager Marketing (AMM) is responsible for the creation and implementation of seasonal site and email strategies, as well as enhancing the site experience and functionality, with an emphasis on mobile. The AMM will partner with the Japan specialty marketing team and US Online teams to build campaigns that engage customers and drive key business metrics. Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical thinking, and a pioneering spirit are key traits that will ensure success in this role.
Responsibilities :
  • Manage marketing programs for company website - Japan, including campaign planning, execution and performance measurement
  • Work closely with global and regional partners, to develop an overall messaging strategy that balances localized and regional exclusive content for a variety of marketing messages
  • Ensure strong marketing synergy across multiple channels, regions and vehicles and maintain tools for reporting key metrics to be shared with management and cross-functional partners 
  • Support strategic partnerships to drive acquisition and increase brand awareness across Japan
  • Effectively collaborate across several functions including, but not limited to, buyers, creative, production, digital marketing, web content developers and external partners as needed
  Qualifications :
  • BA/BS
  • Fluent in Japanese (both writing and speaking skills)
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns ​
  • Omniture experience a plus
