Albin Engineering Services, Inc. (aesi.com) is looking for a seasoned commercial Sprinkler and Dry Agent Estimator and Project Manager for one of our fast-growing premier clients in the East Bay, CA area. They are growing and expanding in the Bay Area and Northern and Southern CA. This individual will be joining their Sprinkler and Dry Agent Commercial Fire Suppression Division as a direct hire.  As their employee, you qualify for their full benefits family package.
 
Job Description:
You we be taking the Lead on quoting and estimating full jobs for water sprinkler and clean agent fire suppression systems, for commercial TIs and ground-up build outs.  You will be working onsite at high-tech companies, schools, refineries, government buildings, server rooms, clean rooms, industrial settings such as power plants, and multi-unit residential and commercial buildings.  You help win the project, then you will help project manage the installation as well.​ You will get a lot of say in improving things and processes. Your voice is heard and you can make a difference!

Requirements:

• Prior experience with water sprinkler and clean agent fire suppression systems for commercial environments
• Ability to operate on your own and being a self-starter
• Strong experience with estimating full jobs, costs,
  project planning, management and execution.

• Having a portfolio of projects to show, demonstrate your previous work/projects.
• Strong group problem solving skills in hectic situations.

• Ability to travel around the Bay Area going to job sites and being onsite at the East Bay HQ required.
• Very good communication skills.
• Clean driving record (due to having a company vehicle).

Pay range based on experience: $80,000-120,000, along with profitability commissions and full family benefits.
