Albin Engineering Services, Inc. ( www.aesi.com ) is looking for an Accounting Specialist for one of our FAST-growing premier clients in the East Bay, CA area. As their employee, you qualify for their full benefits family package.
 
Our client is looking for a high level, independent, and knowledgeable Accounting Specialist to work onsite and report directly to the CFO. This position has been added due to company growth.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Process Weekly Payroll for all members of the team
  • Payroll Liability Processing
  • Certified Payroll Submittals
  • Timecard Entries
  • Contract Labor Compliance Monitoring
  • Contract Preparation (excluding document review)
  • Collections
In order to qualify for this position, you must have:
  • Construction accounting experience (basic level is OK)
  • California Certified Payroll Experience
  • Payroll Experience
  • Third party compliance platform experience (Textura, ISN, Avetta, GCPay, LCP Tracker, Elations, other)
  • Contractor or Service Company based collections.
  • QB Enterprise
