Responsibilities:
The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is a critical role for enabling customer success. The CSM is responsible for owning and nurturing the customer relationship and ensuring customer success with the Service provided. He/she manages assigned customers, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and handling all operational tasks for their assigned customers.

Job Description:
  • Monitor email and respond to sales and customer assistance requests
  • Helping prospective customers through the sales funnel
  • Verify Purchase Orders and payments; follow-up with customers as needed
  • Review customer orders; contact customers to get details/clarification
  • Review customer success surveys / feedback; reach out as needed
  • Log status of customer orders in sales tool
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications/business/technical field, advanced degree a plus.
  • 3+ years in account management
    5+ years in customer service or support role is preferred.

  • Experience in providing solutions to Customer, preferably for a technology product/service
  • Demonstrated experience with customer engagement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail, able to multi-task and stay organized
  • Strong MS Outlook skills including spreadsheets and the ability to learn new software quickly.
