Imaging Specialist

General Support
  • Receives incoming work and logs into tracking system
  • Follows project maps/procedures for all imaging work
  • Prep all work for scanning
  • Assigns work for scanning – first in – first out
  • Scan documents into the imaging system
  • Index documents in the imaging system so they can be found
  • Quality checks the documents in the imaging system for accuracy/filing
  • Handles research request from microfilm and CD, as well as through the customer Service Program
  • Assist with auditing of work
  • Services as the point of contact for Imaging and new projects
  • Reviews, tracks, and contacts departments to ensures scheduling of projects to be scanned stays on a regular basis, is current and backlog do not occur
  • Places service calls on scanning/research equipment
  • Teaches the Imaging team various aspects of the imaging work ( i.e.  setting up new projects)

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Able to lift 25-35 lb. boxes
  • Imaging system knowledge/experience a plus
Work Environment
  • General office setting.  Sitting for prolong periods of time, frequently standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing carts and able to lift-reach 25-35 lb. boxes
  •   Occasionally drop off- pick up material in all weather conditions
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Associates in General Business
  • Imaging systems knowledge
