Responsible for overseeing his / her assigned on-site Staffing account and managing the relationship with his / her key stakeholders to foster program success and longevity.  Personally engages with his / her key stakeholders to ferret out their challenges and works with them to develop staffing strategies that meets their needs.  Builds deep relationships with key decision makers and becomes their defacto "go-to” expert for their talent acquisition and workforce management needs.  Strives for 100% customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional, timely, and cost-effective delivery of field associates that meet and / or exceeds the client's expectations.  Personally responsible for developing and executing the workforce plan, strategy and tactics designed specifically to address the talent needs of the customer.  Manages the Strategic Account Manager dedicated to this account.


  • Serves as the primary client contact with key decision makers.  Performs role of client advocate with internal EG departments as needed to ensure the client's needs are met, is responsible for ensuring client experience and deliverables with EG is stellar.  
  • Manages day-to-day activities of communicating and updating subvendors. 
  • Acts as escalation point for both day-to-day and strategic account, subvendors, EG team and candidate needs. 
  • Responsible for developing program timelines and goals working with the Client, EG team, and subvendors to ensure SLA's are being met. 
  • Establishes a best in class recruitment process design to meet the needs of the customer and EG. 
  • Identifies and evaluates resources needed to ensure program success with a laser sharp focus on quality and efficiency. 
  • Oversees direction and work priorities with assigned team to ensure successful completion of the workforce plan. 
  • Train and develop staff members to familiarize them with customer policies and procedures.  
  • Ensure compliance with company policy, employment law and regulatory matters. 
  • Oversee account management team and effect timely corrections to ensure both customer and EG goals are met. 
  • Works with current customers to deepen and expand their partnership with EG.  "Seize the moment” to introduce your colleagues in other EG divisions to your client decision makers if a situation arises where they could benefit from other EG product and service offerings.  Help broker introductory meeting(s) in an engaging way. 
  • Assist SAM and SAR(s) (hands-on as needed) during times of extreme workload to ensure no lapse in customer service delivery.  Reaches out to the larger EG team for assistance as needed.   
  • Demonstrates by example and upholds ethical business practices. 
  • Maintains exemplary quality service by establishing and enforcing organizational standards. 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required. 
  • 5+ years staffing, recruiting, talent management, and / or HR project management experience. 
  • Excellent customer service and partnering skills – delivering to exceed customer expectations, anticipating customer needs and filling those voids. 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize projects. 
  • Excellent performance assessment and course correction capabilities (e.g., financial performance, people performance, customer perception / satisfaction / feedback). 
  • Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and multiple priorities and handling numerous decision makers in tandem. 
  • Professional demeanor and stellar influencing skills.  Able to effectively communicate with all level of customer management including executives and decision makers. 
  • Good working knowledge of employment law. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft suite of products, ATS systems, etc.). 
  • Typical office environment. 
  • Ability to carry boxes of recruiting materials of up to 25 pounds.  
  • Ability to stand for 3 – 4 hours at a time. 
  • Driving to and from various customer sites / meetings.
