Sales Development Representative

Delivers profit contribution by accomplishing agreed-to quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territories / verticals, specifically creating new qualified Staffing and Direct Hire opportunities for the Sales Team.  Becomes an expert in building sales campaigns and level up to become and Account Strategist.  Develops new business by identifying and selling to new prospects, maintains and strengthens relationships with current customers in assigned territory to gain firsthand knowledge of expansion opportunities and acquires business referrals from prospects and existing customers who could benefit from EG Workforce Solutions' products and services.  Sets and implements overall Sales strategy and tactics to increase orders for EG Workforce Solutions' Staffing services (Field Associates) and Direct Hire opportunities. 
  •  Develops and executes proven sales process strategies designed to gain more opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Continually up skilling current competencies and expertise in everything lead generation related.
  • Map and engage prospective accounts around organized structure, people and existing technology.
  • Work closely with EG's Revenue team to ensure pipeline is maintained and optimized. 
  • Update Pipedrive (CRM) with relevant information and notes for Account Executives to utilize.
  • Demonstrates strong ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously with each prospect feeling that they are the most important pursuit of the moment. 
  • Creates a plan to ensure consistent follow-up and touch points with all clients to maintain and strengthen EG's value as a consultative talent acquisition partner.
  • Maintains exemplary quality service by responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, human resources, related field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years sales experience (sales planning, pipeline development, client relationship cultivation and management, positive negotiations and meeting / exceeding sales goals).
  •  Passionate to help customers be successful and drives for results.  
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels within the client organization, including senior management and executives. 
  • Savvy in building creative solutions and gaining prospects' and customers' trust.

  • Demonstrated ability to identify customers' needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations with the customer feeling fully supported and positive about EG. 
  •  Typical office environment.
  •  Ability to carry boxes of recruiting materials of up to 25 pounds.  
  • Ability to stand for 3 – 4 hours at a time.
  •  Driving to and from various customer sites / meetings.
