Responsible for overseeing the successful operation of assigned regional office location(s).  In addition to the Recruiter deliverables, this role will also be responsible for overseeing the daily workflows of service activities, facilitates the resolution of service issues, suggests and implements services for clients, and provides customer service for multiple locations.
  • Sets work priorities for assigned team and monitors activities 
  • Has a strong relationship with active Clients and stays in touch with their workforce needs.
  • Works closely with the Sales team to build and grow the business.
  • Manage assigned team to 95% fill rate of open positions.
  • Daily management and development of assigned Recruiting team(s).
  • Manage proactive recruiting/retention plans to meet current and future client demands.
  • Manages metrics (daily, monthly, and annually). Responsible for metrics for weekly Forecast Call.
  • Conduct daily huddles and manages activity accordingly.
  • Manage orders and client interactions (daily, monthly, and annually).
  • Responsible for assigned team fills.
  • Serve as point person and facilitates the effective resolution or service related issues.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to clients and FA's.
  • Develop, train and coach assigned team(s).
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Determine work scheduled and ensures proper staffing levels are maintained.
  • Assist with new client implementation and client visits, as needed.
  • Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution tasks.
  • Prepare and review weekly audit and retention reports.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years sourcing / full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-paced environment, comfortable with multi-tasking and handling numerous customers in tandem.
  • Professional demeanor.  Able to communicate with all levels of customer management including executives and decision makers. 
  • Excellent customer service and partnering skills – delivering to exceed customer expectations, anticipating customer needs and filling those voids.
  • Attention to detail with strong organization / follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of employment law. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft suite of products, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Possesses a valid driver's license.
  • Typical office environment.
  • Ability to carry boxes of recruiting materials of up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for 3 – 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to drive to and from various customer sites/meetings.
