Cleaning Technician

EG Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Facility Services/Custodial Staff at Amway Corporate Headquarters. The Facility Services/Custodial Staff is responsible for providing general and detail cleaning for various office spaces. This cleaning team member must be able to work independently and as a member of a team using established procedures and tools. This Janitorial/Custodial employee will be scheduled for one of the following teams:

Team 1 - Mon-Wed: 7:00 AM - 7:30PM, Team 2 - Thurs-Sat: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or Team 3- Mon-Wed: 7:00 PM-7:30PM.

The right individual for this role will be ready and willing to keep the client facility in neat, orderly condition by carrying out various cleaning duties.

PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITES
  • Be punctual and consistent with attendance.
  • General tidying, removing debris, and keeping areas neat and tidy.
  • Maintain hallways and other common areas to quality standards.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms using established procedures.
  • Sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of common areas.
  • Snow removal will be required when needed.
  • Maintain productivity throughout your scheduled work hours.
  • Be positive, cooperative, & respectful in communicating and working with co-workers.
  • Other duties as identified & assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to work with simple machinery and cleaning equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while working within established parameters.
  • Ability to communicate well and relate positively with floor care staff & building residents. Must be a strong team player.
