POSITION SUMMARY:           
 
Achieve RPO Program objectives by recruiting, evaluating and successfully placing qualified candidates in open customer positions.  The Recruiting Consultant is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and the development and execution of effective recruitment plans and selection strategies for assigned
customer / skill area(s).  Recruiting Consultant must be able to build rapport with customer contacts and candidates and successfully liaise between the two to meet client needs.
 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Develop recruiting plan(s) designed to  meet / exceed assigned customer requirements. 
  • Responsible for ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Client facing role with direct communication with customer(s).  Expected to build rapport and partnership relationships with key customer contacts. 
  • Establishes recruiting plan to identify required skills, education, certification(s), geographic location(s), relevant work experience, customer-specific requirements and potential recruiting partners for existing / projected job openings.
  • Build applicant sources, both traditional and non-traditional, by researching, contacting and using community organizations and networking events, colleges, job fairs, internet sites, social media, etc. to effectively attract qualified candidates to customer / EG employment opportunities. 
  • Develop knowledge of the communities, competitors, recruiting sources, and markets within the industry / geographic area(s) assigned. 
  • Establishes relationships with  line / hiring managers to ensure talent needs are understood and anticipated and that appropriate recruitment strategies are in place to meet specific hiring needs and time table.
  • Based on a thorough understanding of the customer's business needs, screens resumes and interviews candidates for best match prior to sending candidates to customer for consideration.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Manages the candidate selection and offer process. 
  • Positively represents EG and its customers at external events and other networking opportunities.
  • Close candidates and manage customer / hiring manager and candidate expectations regarding on-boarding timetable and start date.
  • Manage candidate life-cycle in applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure EG is complying with all mandated legal requirements.
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 
 
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 
  • 2+ years sourcing / full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
  • Ability to develop and foster strong relationships.  Excellent customer facing skills. 
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, adapt to changing customer needs and multi-task.
  • Professional demeanor.  Able to communicate, oral and written, with all levels of customer management including executives and decision makers. 
  • Excellent customer service and partnering skills – Exceeds customer expectations, anticipates customer needs and fills those voids. 
  • Attention to detail with strong organization / follow-up skills.
  • Good working knowledge of employment law.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computers and software applications (e.g., Microsoft suite of products, ATS systems, etc.).
  • Possesses a valid driver's license. 
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Typical office environment. 
  • Ability to carry boxes of recruiting materials of up to 25 pounds.  
  • Ability to stand for 3 – 4 hours at a time. 
  • Ability to drive to and from various customer sites /
  • meetings.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
