To lead the execution of Organizational Change Management strategies in the deployment of business analytics, apps and digital technologies including end user training and adoption; organization (re)design, communication and stakeholder engagement, creation of a digital culture that is data driven and customer centric.

Key Objectives:
? To lead business transformation for clients through Organization Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization in digital transformation
? To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified digital and/or agile technology, processes, and organizational structures
? To lead execution on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes

Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable):
? A minimum of 10-12 years of internal or external business consulting experience
? The ability to work at all levels and within all functions within organizations
? Post-graduate business degree or equivalent qualification
? Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
? Familiarity with data, analytics and governance
? Familiarity with agile methodology
? Excellent communication skills and IT business acumen
? Understanding of the IT Sales cycle and the mode of operation in a Service Industry
? Business Intelligence and Analytics experience strongly desired
? Understanding of cloud and SMACT technology impacts and implementation on business, customers and employees

§ Able to identify opportunities for add-on business within client engagements and convincingly articulate HCL capabilities and offerings to clients
