User Access Administrator – Level III
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
  1. Detail design for Single Sign-On integration services
  2. Strong experience on Active Directory, FIM, MIIS, GalSync, SailPoint, Imprivata etc.
  3. Implement SSO authentication / authorization policies especially using SAML / OAuth / WNA using OAM
  4. Integration of OIM with multiple source and target systems including SAP Success Factors, Sales Force, Active Directory
  5. Working on custom connector development, Approval Workflows, Event Handlers, Custom Scheduled Tasks and Reconciliation.
  6. Develop using OIM REST APIs/Java APIs and assisting business application integration with these APIs
  7. Customizing (Oracle) SOA composites for IdM workflows
  8. Work on the automation of builds and Code Deployments into multiple environments.
  9. Be the Subject Matter Expert for all the IAM integration activities.
  10. Work with the QA Team in creating the system test cases and help perform the system testing.
  11. Document user guides and functional training materials based on vendor documentation tailored for needs.
  12. Preferable experience: Cloud based IAM service provider (like Oracle Identity Cloud Services / Okta etc.,) experience is a big plus
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training..
  2. Experience with Imprivata, OKTA, FIM/MIM, Oracle Identity, FIM, MIIS or similar such Access Management Technologies.
  3. 7+ years of experience managing and Supporting Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
  4. Must have the ability to lead the team of 5-15 members
  5. Strong Windows administration skills
  6. Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  7. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy required
  8. Able to work independently while still being a team player
  9. Understands ITSM processes and ITIL framework

User Access Administrator – Level II
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities
  1. Strong experience on Active Directory, FIM, MIIS, GalSync, SailPoint, Imprivata etc.
  2. Exchange. Experience with a variety of Identity Management solutions and processes, IDaaS
  3. Expert knowledge of multi-factor authentication, PKI, SAML, OAuth, SSO technologies and Active Directory
  4. Working knowledge of Linux authentication including PAM and SSH authentication
  5. Experience delivering authentication services to cloud providers such as AWS and Azure
  6. Ability to script in PowerShell, VBS, Java, and Linux shell
  7. General understanding of ITIL process, certification preferred
  8. Minimum 5 years technical experience integrating strong authentication, access management and PKI into clients, infrastructure and applications
  9. Minimum 5 years IT experience including security vulnerability remediation
  10. Consistent record of improving the security posture of enterprise systems using strong authentication and credential management
  11. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with information technology professionals, senior management, auditors and vendors
  12. Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into meaningful user stories
  13. Agile, Lean and Self-Service methodologies
  14. Proven ability to architect, implement and execute technical solutions
  15. Superior communication (fluent English written and verbal) skills required
  16. Strong customer service orientation with a keen sense of urgency and priorities
  17. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills which enable you to juggle several priorities while continuing to meet deadlines
  18. Strong partnership and collaboration skills; able to develop and maintain effective relationships with peers, executives, customers, and other internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
  1. BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
  2. Microsoft Certification in preferred.
  3. Experience with Oracle Identity, FIM, MIIS & Access Management Technology.
